Dura Vermeer believes in the power of diversity and is working hard to increase the share of women in construction and infrastructure. Because of that reason EVA is founded. EVA is the women’s network in Dura Vermeer that wants to increase the share of female professionals. With Dura Vermeer you will find highly educated women in every layer of the organization and that can be even more.
In coöperation with Dura Vermeer we made a video to introduce EVA inside and outside the company. In our own studio we portrayed a dozen EVA-members. We made them talk about the strengt of EVA, the importance of diversity in a company and how EVA can contribute in that goal. The result is a personal and powerful video who puts the women of Dura Vermeer in the picture.
