At the start of a large-scale project, Stebru faced a great challenge: creating a sustainable plan for the construction of the Eden District project in Rotterdam, developed by Blauwhoed. When selecting sustainable materials quickly arose the question; which brick is suitable for this project? It turned out there wasn’t a good, affordable and masonable sustainable brick on the market yet. This led led to a beautiful collaboration and the development of a new circular brick.
