Backbase develops IT solutions for the financial industry, for instance for digital banking applications. With already nine offices and more than 600 employees worldwide, it’s a fast growing company with high recruitment needs.

For the brand new ‘Work at Backbase‘ site, Chiefs of Content developed various employer branding content. The creation of this content was approached conceptually, where we specifically looked at the targets and platforms. Based on that we’ve developed various films suitable for publishing on the ‘Work at Backbase’ site, shorter films suitable for publishing on social media like Instagram, as well as various content for Instagram Stories. Also Chiefs of Content provided an on site photo shoot to create new headshots of the recruiters.
